Interview drills are generated from a tailoring session, so the questions target the actual role and the claims your CV makes for it.
Step 1 — Start a drill
On a completed tailoring session, find Practice for this role in the Next steps card. You'll see "Generating your drill" for a moment while the questions are prepared.
Step 2 — Answer, get critiqued
Each question has its own answer box — the placeholder nudges the format: "Type your answer here. STAR — Situation, Task, Action, Result." Submit an answer and the AI critique comes back inline: what you covered, what you missed, and how to strengthen it.
Step 3 — Study a strong example
On a critique, use Show a strong example to see an exemplar answer with an explanation of why it works. Exemplars are grounded in your own CV's evidence — they never invent experience for you to recite.
The free allowance
The free allowance is one drill per CV per rolling 7 days — prepping for two different roles in the same week gives each its own free drill. At the limit the app tells you exactly that: "You've used this week's free drill on this CV. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited drills."
Privacy
Your drill answers are private — recruiters never see them. If you share a verified pack, the recruiter's view includes only aggregate drill signals (how many drills you completed and your average coverage), never your words.
