Team, roles and workspace billing

One workspace for your team's requisitions and candidates — three roles, email invites, and plans that scale by seats and volume.

Create your workspace

A workspace holds your requisitions and candidates, shared with your team. On the "Create your recruiting workspace" screen, name it and tick the data-processing agreement — creating a workspace means you'll handle other people's CV data, so you confirm you act as the data controller with a lawful basis and accept the data-processing terms (including AEDT obligations). Then Create workspace. If you belong to several workspaces, the same screen lets you open an existing one.

Invite your team

The Team page has an Invite a teammate form: invite by email and pick a role. If they already have an account they're added instantly; otherwise you get a join link to share — they join the moment they sign up.

The three roles, exactly as the Team page defines them:

  • Owner — manages the team & can delete.
  • Recruiter — full day-to-day access.
  • Viewer — read-only.

Owner-only actions include deleting a requisition and managing members.

Plans and seats

Workspace plans are billed per workspace (not per user account) and are listed on the Pricing page:

  • Recruiter (Free beta) — free to start: 2 team seats, 25 candidate CVs a month.
  • Recruiter Team — £99/month: 3 team seats, 200 candidate CVs a month.
  • Recruiter Agency — £299/month: 10 team seats, 1,000 candidate CVs a month.

Every recruiter tier includes the same product: evidence-cited ranking (every skill match quotes the CV line), weighted skill priorities with live re-rank, forward-an-email intake plus anonymized client-safe exports, and Verified Prep authenticity signals on every candidate. Checkout is handled by Stripe from the Pricing page's Subscribe buttons.
