Anonymized CV exports for client sharing
Client-safe CV versions for blind screening — identity stripped, everything your client needs to assess fit kept.
When you share candidates with a hiring manager or client, the anonymized export removes the details that identify (or bias) — while keeping the substance intact.
Step 1 — Preview
On a candidate profile, click Anonymize CV →. You get an Anonymized preview first — nothing downloads until you've seen exactly what the client will see. The rule, as the page states it: "name, contact details and personal links are stripped — skills, experience, companies and dates are kept so your client can still assess fit."
Step 2 — Download
From the preview, choose:
- Download PDF — a real, formatted PDF for forwarding.
- .md — the same content as Markdown, for pasting into your own documents or client portal.
- Show original — back to the identified view.
If you arrived from a requisition, that context is preserved through the anonymize round-trip — you won't lose your place in the ranking.
What's inside
- Stripped: the candidate's name (replaced with a neutral reference), email, phone, and personal links.
- Kept: the professional summary, work experience with companies and dates, education, and skills.
- Curated skills: the skills section is deduplicated and capped so it stays readable — and the PDF and Markdown exports carry the same curated list, so the two formats never disagree.
Why this matters beyond convenience
Blind screening reduces the influence of names and personal details on early decisions. Pair it with the compliance page — which records that a human decides at every step — when a client asks how your process manages bias.
